Stamp-A-Stack cards!

Finally...  I am posting some new cards!  These are a few of the cards that will be offered at this month's Stamp-A-Stacks.  So excited to be having a stamping evening tomorrow!

I have scheduled a second Stamp-A-Stack since the one on March 11th was full.  The second date will be March 25th and there are 5 seats still available.  Email or call if you'd like to register!

Getting ready for Stamp-A-Stack

Well, things are well underway for the Stamp-A-Stack...  but there was a small set back tonight when Jenna dropped by the craft room to "help".  I left her alone with her Dad for just long enough for me to cut a piece of card stock and when I returned, I found her taking my card apart!  Her Dad claims that I said she was fine to touch anything...  Oh well, she tried re-assembling it with her own creative flair and it was very cute!  So, I sent her Dad for the camera and I enjoyed her creating!

This card still needs some work...  but we do have 10 cards already created for the Stamp-A-Stack!

I can't resist sharing one more cute photo of our little girl from today...  creating again - this time a snowman!

I'll try to snap a couple of photos of the cards that have been created in the next couple of days so I can actually share something stamped here!

I think we are finally ready to get back to stamping!  My craft room is a little more organized and functional...  and I'm definitely ready to get creating!  So, it's time for a Stamp-A-Stack on...

Friday, March 11th at 7:00 pm!

Please register if you'd like to come by return email or phone.  Class fee is $15 and includes up to 7 cards of your choice.  Or, if you stamp more than 7 cards, your class fee will be calculated at $2 per card.

Hello faithful stamping friends!

After a year's absence, I am working to get back to stamping!!!  I am hoping to hold my first stamping class, a Stamp-A-Stack, at the end of February or early in March...  I just need to get my craft room organized and then I'll set the date and let you know!  I hope you'll be able to come and stamp again!

So much happened in 2010 that kept me too busy to be able to stamp, but things are settling down now and I'm anxious to get back to stamping.

Before I sign off, I'll just share our big news for those who don't already know...  In September, my husband and I became parents to a beautiful little girl.  Jenna is now 26 months and is a ton of fun!  Here are a few photos of our daughter.

This photo was taken on September 14th, her second day with us, while we were still in China.  We loved her spiky hair!

Retiring Stamp Sets & Accessories

Yes, I'm still alive... I can't believe how busy life is with 3 kids and a full-time job! Oh, throw in a new house purchase, planning for a move and packing, and you can imagine how crazy things are around here! We can't wait to be settled into a bigger house with space for everyone - and with space for a craft room again!

But, along with all the excitement we have going on, I wanted to be sure to get the list of stamp sets and accessories that are being retired out to you. The stamp sets will be available until June 30th, however, the accessories are available only while supplies last and some are already sold out! Colour Renovation... and a small update!

Hello stampin' friends!

Well, first I have to say that life has been a whirlwind for us these last few months... I have not forgotten you. In fact, I think of you often and am really missing all of you! My free time is just very limited these days and despite my hopes that I would have posted an update sooner, things just have not worked out that way! We are all doing well - actually, really well as we settle into our new routines. But it sure is busy... and fun!

So, our big news is that we have put an offer on a house and are waiting for all the details to be settled in the coming days. The really great news is that we will have lots more room, including room for a craft room and room for stamping classes again! If all works out, we'll be moving early in the summer... I'll keep you posted!

Now, I do have some important news from Stampin' Up! to share with you. There is a Colour Renovation happening starting July 1st in the new Idea Book & Catalogue. Some old "friends" are returning to our colour palette - River Rock, Wild Wasabi, Baja Breeze, Pacific Point, Pink Pirouette, Tangerine Tango and Riding Hood Red. These past In Colors will join Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry and Soft Suede from this year in the New Color Collections offered by Stampin' Up!

In addition to these old favourites we'll be introduced to five new colours - Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze and Marina Mist to complete the four new Color Collections.

There will also be five new In Colors starting on July 1st! The good news is that the In Colors will stick around for a two year cycle before retiring and will be joined by another five new ones in July 2011 when the full complement of 50 colours will be complete!

Now for the other news....only 25 of the current colours will remain for purchase beyond July 1st so between now and June 30th, have a look through your card stock, ribbons, markers and other accessories and place your order for the colours you want to have on hand beyond July 1st.
