Retiring Stamp Sets & Accessories

Hello stampin' friends!

Yes, I'm still alive... I can't believe how busy life is with 3 kids and a full-time job! Oh, throw in a new house purchase, planning for a move and packing, and you can imagine how crazy things are around here! We can't wait to be settled into a bigger house with space for everyone - and with space for a craft room again!

But, along with all the excitement we have going on, I wanted to be sure to get the list of stamp sets and accessories that are being retired out to you. The stamp sets will be available until June 30th, however, the accessories are available only while supplies last and some are already sold out! Don't delay if there's anything that you want - be sure to email me with your order (bevennis@shaw.ca) or order online through my website (www.bevennis.stampinup.net).

The list of retiring accessories is long... remember that there are a number of our current colours that are being retired and some of the items are selling out quickly so you don't want to miss out on your opportunities to stock up on card stock, ink pads and ink refills if one of the retiring colours is your favourite! And, here's the list of Definitely Decorative items that are being retired. They are all being offered at a 25% discount until June 30th.

Colour Renovation... and a small update!

Hello stampin' friends!

Well, first I have to say that life has been a whirlwind for us these last few months... I have not forgotten you. In fact, I think of you often and am really missing all of you! My free time is just very limited these days and despite my hopes that I would have posted an update sooner, things just have not worked out that way! We are all doing well - actually, really well as we settle into our new routines. But it sure is busy... and fun!

So, our big news is that we have put an offer on a house and are waiting for all the details to be settled in the coming days. The really great news is that we will have lots more room, including room for a craft room and room for stamping classes again! If all works out, we'll be moving early in the summer... I'll keep you posted!

Now, I do have some important news from Stampin' Up! to share with you. There is a Colour Renovation happening starting July 1st in the new Idea Book & Catalogue. Some old "friends" are returning to our colour palette - River Rock, Wild Wasabi, Baja Breeze, Pacific Point, Pink Pirouette, Tangerine Tango and Riding Hood Red. These past In Colors will join Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry and Soft Suede from this year in the New Color Collections offered by Stampin' Up!

In addition to these old favourites we'll be introduced to five new colours - Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze and Marina Mist to complete the four new Color Collections.

There will also be five new In Colors starting on July 1st! The good news is that the In Colors will stick around for a two year cycle before retiring and will be joined by another five new ones in July 2011 when the full complement of 50 colours will be complete!

Now for the other news....only 25 of the current colours will remain for purchase beyond July 1st so between now and June 30th, have a look through your card stock, ribbons, markers and other accessories and place your order for the colours you want to have on hand beyond July 1st.

We've added six feet to our home!

I know that many of you are wondering what the heck has happened to me... All is good - just busy! We've added six feet to our home - six little feet and this addition has kept us quite occupied. Many of you know that we've been providing weekend respite care to three wonderful little children and we're excited to have just had them move in with us. They are beautiful kids - a little girl who is 6, and two boys aged 5 and 4. We've been working hard to get them settled and to try to make life work as smoothly as possible.

So, for now, I must take a break from stamping classes - my craft room is not currently functional as it has been taken over by bunkbeds and dinosaurs, cars and other assorted things that hurt a lot when you unexpectedly step on them! But I am working on getting myself organized to continue taking orders... remember that Sale-A-Bration continues until the end of March and you can take advantage of the many free rewards that are available with every $65 of regular priced mechandise ordered. I do miss you all and hope to manage to balance a bit of stamping once we all get settled into our new routine.

Stamp-A-Stack

Okay, I'm a terrible blogger! Things have just been unbelievably hectic in my world... so sorry! I feel guilty everyday for not getting back on here. I will be back soon... For now though I only have a couple of minutes but wanted to let you know that I am planning a Stamp-A-Stack - I really need some time in my stamping room! So hope you can make it - we'll get to use some of the new products from the Mini Catalogue which I just received...

Happy New Year!!!

Can you believe that 2010 is here already?! And can you believe how long I've gone without a post here?!!! So sorry - life has been hectic. We've had lots going on and my free time has been very limited... I'll tell you a little more about that in a future post!

For now, I wanted to drop in to say Happy New Year, let you know that I am still here and thinking about all of my stamping friends, and also mention that there's lots going on with Stampin' Up! right now... I'll post more details soon - hopefully tonight although I'm babysitting three little kids, including a 5 month old baby, so it might have to wait until tomorrow night.
