Here's another of Lucie's fantastic creations! She has used the new Nursery Necessities stamp set along with the Background Basics set. Look at how she created a little valence at the top using paper from the Fall Flowers Designer Series Paper. She's also used both of the star punches on this card. It's such a cute card!
